Directions - Good and Bad

If the 'Turpu' (East) direction is divided into two halves, then the northern of that part is considered low.

If the 'Dakshinam' (West) direction is divided into two halves, then the eastren is considered high and that of the southern is considered low.

If the 'Padamara' (South) direction is divided into two halves, then the Northern part is considered high and that of the southern part is considered low.

If the 'Uttaram' (North) direction is divided into two halves, then the eastren is considered high and that of the southern is considered low.

East 'Esanyam' (N-E) - Good
South 'Agneyam' - Good
West 'Niruti' - Bad
North 'Vayuvyam' - Bad
East 'Agnaeyam' - Bad
South 'Niruti' - Bad
West 'Vayuvyam' - Good
North 'Esanyam' - Good
